  35. I think cutting out sugar - all kinds of sugar including fruit sugar (fructose) makes a huge difference. Reduce fats to only the good fats (like the omega oils) and add to that high intensity workouts and you have a good start to losing weight.

    If you're vegetarian or vegan you should check it out. You're probably carnitine deficient. Also, Jeff (above) is right about cutting out sugar.

  61. I would prefer to do a daily exercise of about 30-40 minutes rather than following a weight lose program and also recommend all to take some time to do little exercise daily which will help you in living a healthy life.
